CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied. A unique combination of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting will be used to ensure a comprehensive approach to your fitness. Movements are functional, meaning we use them in every day life to bend, squat, lift, throw, pull, push, run and more.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity and mechanics to support the needs of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or a competitive athlete. All of our CrossFit classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression. Classes are 60 minutes in duration and will cover the following key components:

Foundations Series 1:
Designed for people with some weightlifting, gymnastics or CrossFit experience.
This is a great package for those looking for a refresher and/or individualized work before joining group class.
Foundations Series 2:
Designed for people with little to no weightlifting experience, and no familiarity with CrossFit style movements.

We welcome everyone to jump right into class. Our experienced coaching staff will accommodate for all fitness levels.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
