The Body English staff are a professional team with extensive experience in Ninja and Parkour classes, who can cater and adapt to the varying needs of each individual student. Classes will include foundational elements from Parkour training, exciting obstacles from Ninja based challenges, as well as proper techniques for jumping, landing, rolling, climbing and more.

We offer classes for different ages in a fun and safe environment to give the best experience possible to our students.
A student's first opportunity to experience a class independently, our Pre-Rec classes are for children ages 3-5 years. Classes are instruction based for the duration of class - students will participate in a group lead warm up, and 1-2 rotations of a course or circuit style format blending the basics of gymnastics and ninja. Safety and following instructions are of top priority in these classes so that our students can enjoy the benefits of learning in a safe and fun way. These classes will utilize all of the traditional gymnastics equipment, including Vault, Bars (uneven and parallel), Rings, Balance Beam, Floor Tumbling, Trampoline and more.
Students must be bathroom trained. If a student cannot use the restroom on their own, we ask that a parent or guardian please stay on site.
Ninja classes at Body English include elements of foundational Parkour with Ninja Warrior popular challenges. Curriculum focuses on all of the ways in which we use our bodies to climb, roll, land, swing, and so much more. Classes will include a group warm up and 1-2 event rotations, utilizing the Ninja area, as well as some popular gymnastics equipment like sprung floor and tumble trek for aerial awareness and training.

Saturdays and Sundays at Body English are for Open Gym!
A two hour time block, where students can play, practice, explore and have a good time. Coaches will be on the floor to supervise and assist with skills. This is not a formal class.
Ages 5 and up. Drop-ins welcome! Students must be able to use the restroom on their own.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
