Infrared light is part of the light spectrum, just beyond visible red light, and it’s divided into three categories based on wavelength: near, mid, and far infrared.

Arrive a few minutes before, introduce yourself and jump in!

Pre-Session

Wait at least 1-2 hour after eating before your sauna session, and be sure to hydrate properly for an increase in core body temperature.

In the Sauna

Listen to your body and adjust based on what you need. Have your hydration near by so that you can access it during your session if you desire. Note that everyone sweats differently and its common for people to not sweat during their first few sessions. Sweating should increase with more regular use.

Post-Session

Rehydrate! Its important to replenish the water and electrolytes you may have lost with sweating.

Amenities

Use one of the provided towels to sit on during your sauna, and there are always extra for plunging or showering after your session.

Our saunas are blue tooth capable to listen to music or podcasts, or scroll through other options on the tablet inside the sauna.  

Our large saunas have room for two - invite a friend to join your session.
