We offer a variety of classes for different ages and levels in a fun and safe environment to give the best experience possible to our students.
A student's first opportunity to experience a class independently, our Pre-Rec classes are for children ages 3-5 years. Classes are instruction based for the duration of class - students will participate in a group lead warm up, and 1-2 rotations of a course or circuit style format blending the basics of gymnastics and ninja. Safety and following instructions are of top priority in these classes so that our students can enjoy the benefits of learning in a safe and fun way. These classes will utilize all of the traditional gymnastics equipment, including Vault, Bars (uneven and parallel), Rings, Balance Beam, Floor Tumbling, Trampoline and more.
Students must be bathroom trained. If a student cannot use the restroom on their own, we ask that a parent or guardian please stay on site.
Recreational gymnastics classes at Body English will differentiate by age and level. Age groups are broken into groups of 6-9 year olds, and 10-13 year olds. Our skill progressions and programming will follow the USA Gymnastics curriculum for Levels 1-3, working on a skill and strength list for each event. Students who demonstrate competency across all the required skills and strength will be invited by a coach to move up in levels. Classes will include a group warm up and 1-2 event rotations. Strength and flexibility will be included in all classes.

Saturdays and Sundays at Body English are for Open Gym!
A two hour time block, where students can play, practice, explore and have a good time. Coaches will be on the floor to supervise and assist with skills. This is not a formal class.
Ages 5 and up. Drop-ins welcome! Students must be able to use the restroom on their own.
Teen classes at Body English include gymnastics and tumbling specific class opportunities. Teen tumbling focuses on tumble skills only, with proper warm up, progression and practice while teen gymnastics includes all gymnastics apparatus. Strength and flexibility are included in all classes. Whether new to gymnastics, practicing for cheer or dance, or continuing gymnastics training, our coaches cater to every skill level and ability.

Adult gymnastics is for everyone. In this hour long class, participants will receive a thorough warm up, planned skill and apparatus focus, and finish with strength/conditioning. All events are accessed across the weekly rotation. From ex-gymnasts to those looking to do their first cartwheel, our instructors will cater to the skill level and experience of each individual.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
